Description

These Pumpkin Pie Bites taste just like the classic dessert, but in mini form, and without all of the prep work!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Pumpkin Puree
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Jiff Whipped Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter (or Regular Peanut Butter, Slightly Melted)
  • ¾ cups Old-fashioned Oats, Ground In Food Processor
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, honey, and peanut butter. Add oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well.

Using a small spoon or scoop, roll into balls. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes, or until firm, if needed. Enjoy!
