Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- ¾ cups Brown Sugar
- ¾ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Butterfinger Baking Bits
- ¾ cups Macadamia Nut Pieces
Preparation
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine eggs, sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a smaller bowl. Stir into egg mixture; dough will be stiff. Stir in Butterfinger bits and macadamia nut pieces.
Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350ºF for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and transfer to wire rack.
Makes 36 large cookies.
