An easy, no-bake recipe based off an old Florida recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- ½ cups Key Lime Juice
- 2 Limes, Zested
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preparation
For the crust, mix crumbs and melted butter together well. Oil a pie pan and press crumbs into the pan. Refrigerate for at least a few minutes to harden the crust.
Combine lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk. Pour into crust, spread, and refrigerate overnight.
Serve!
