Description

This easy honey lime chicken only uses 3 ingredients and is ready in 15 minutes! It’s a healthy, protein-packed and gluten-free addition to your next dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Green Pepper Hot Sauce (such As Tabasco)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • 8 ounces, weight Chicken Breast

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except chicken. Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight (the longer the better!).

Rub a grill with olive oil and heat to medium heat. Grill chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10–12 minutes total, flipping once halfway through. Transfer to a plate, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice and devour, preferably alongside 2 Southwest Chipotle Nourish Bowls!
