Description
This is a great meal replacement protein smoothie that is delicious and refreshing, without being too sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ½ English Cucumber, With Skin, Cut Into Chunks
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cups Protein Powder Of Choice (I Used Egg White Powder)
- 2 Tablespoons Tablespoons Powdered Greens (or 1 Cup Fresh Greens)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 6 Large Ice Cubes
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients. You can add more liquid if you prefer a thinner smoothie. This recipe is not very sweet so just add more honey if you like your smoothies sweeter.
