Description
Goji berries are considered to be the most nutritionally dense fruit in the world. Containing a higher concentration of protein than other fruit, goji berries are also unique in that they contain all of the essential amino acids that the body requires.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Goji Berries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Soak goji berries for about 1 hour. Then blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
Note: You can also use nuts as the base of your smoothie.
