This healthy snack takes only 15 minutes to put together. An entire bite is muffin-sized and only 104 calories!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- ½ cups Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1-½ cup Mixed Berries
Preparation
Line each muffin tin with wrappers.
In a small bowl, mix granola and coconut oil, then fold in peanut butter.
Layer the bottom of each muffin wrapper with a small layer of granola. Top with vanilla yogurt, leaving ¼ inch at the top of each muffin wrapper. Top with fresh berries and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
