Rosemary and Parmesan Gourmet Popcorn

Description

A popcorn snack that will be a hit for all. It is something I ate for 12 days in a row. Tastes so yummy and has no butter but tastes like its swimming in buttery heaven.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (about 3 Oz. Size) Microwave Popcorn
  • ¼ cups Canola Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Truffle Oil
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Rosemary

Preparation

Pop popcorn, following package directions. Pour popped corn into large bowl. Drizzle both oils over corn and toss to coat.

While tossing bowl, shake Parmesan cheese and rosemary over corn. Mix to thoroughly coat popcorn.

Call everyone in and enjoy.
