Description

A light, sweet and savory dip made with crab, apples, walnuts, cinnamon and Sauvignon Blanc wine.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Crab Meat, Shredded, Cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Sauvignon Blanc Wine
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • ⅛ teaspoons Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Apple, Diced Small
  • ½ Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped Small

Preparation

In a bowl, add crab meat, wine, lemon juice and mayonnaise; mix well. Add sugar, cinnamon and black pepper; mix well. Fold in apples and walnuts. Chill until ready to serve.

Serve on crackers or on top of a mixed greens salad.
