Description
A light, sweet and savory dip made with crab, apples, walnuts, cinnamon and Sauvignon Blanc wine.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Crab Meat, Shredded, Cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- ½ teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoons Sugar
- ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- ¼ cups Apple, Diced Small
- ½ Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped Small
Preparation
In a bowl, add crab meat, wine, lemon juice and mayonnaise; mix well. Add sugar, cinnamon and black pepper; mix well. Fold in apples and walnuts. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on crackers or on top of a mixed greens salad.
