Apple Pie Parfait

    Description

    Crunchy and crispy pie “crust” and warm apples dancing in vanilla yogurt. All your favorite things about an apple pie. But in a parfait!

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tablespoon Butter
    • 1 whole Apple, Cored And Sliced Into 1/2″ Cubes
    • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
    • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    • ⅔ cups Vanilla Yogurt (I Used Greek)
    • ¼ cups Granola

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add apples, cinnamon and sugar and saute until apples have a slight cinnamon-sugar glaze on the outside and have lost a little bit of their bite. This should take about 2-3 minutes. (I left mine slightly firm but soft on the outside.)

    Layer yogurt, granola and apples into your parfait glass(es). Repeat layers. Eat.

    Makes 2 small or one large parfait.
