Description
Tender apples, sweet graham crackers and creamy vanilla yogurt layered to create healthy apple pie in a cup!
Ingredients
- ½ whole Apple, Cored
- 1 teaspoon Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 6 ounces, weight Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
Preparation
1. Cut the apple into small cubes, put it in a bowl then stick it in the microwave and cook on full power for 1 minute.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon.
3. To build the parfait, layer 1/2 the yogurt with 1/2 the apple cubes; repeat with remaining yogurt and apples; then top with cinnamon-graham mixture.
