Bacon Jalapeno Corn Dip

Description

A semi-spicy, bacon-infused twist on a classic corn dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cans (11 Oz. Size) Mexicorn
  • 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Super Sweet Yellow And White Corn
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cups Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
  • 3  Jalapenos, Finely Chopped, Seeds And Stems Removed
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease sides and bottom of 9×9 dish generously with butter.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and transfer to prepared dish. Bake about 25–30 minutes, until bubbly.
