Description
A semi-spicy, bacon-infused twist on a classic corn dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cans (11 Oz. Size) Mexicorn
- 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Super Sweet Yellow And White Corn
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cups Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
- 3 Jalapenos, Finely Chopped, Seeds And Stems Removed
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease sides and bottom of 9×9 dish generously with butter.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and transfer to prepared dish. Bake about 25–30 minutes, until bubbly.
