Description
These Bacon Wrapped Parmesan Stuffed Dates are salty, sweet and oh so satisfying!
Ingredients
- 24 whole Medjool Dates
- ¼ pounds Parmesan Cheese
- 12 slices Thin Bacon, Cut In Half
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Slice off end of each date. Grab a skewer and insert blunt end on unsliced end of date and push though. The pit should pop right out.
Slice Parmesan into ¼” x ½” pieces. Slide cheese right into sliced end of date.
Slowly roll a half-slice of bacon around cheese-stuffed date and place seam-side-down on a roasting rack set in a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Make sure to get it nice and tight.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until bacon is cooked through and bacon is nice and crisp.
You can serve these warm or at room temperature. Just be sure to let cool a little bit if serving warm so guests don’t burn their mouths.
