Barbecue wings with Thermomix

Barbecue wings with Thermomix

Very good amazing people, welcome back on this occasion I bring you a delicious Thermomix recipe for barbecue wings.Previously, the closest thing I had prepared to this recipe were traditional barbecue ribs, but I had never been encouraged to make barbecue wings, let alone with the Thermomix.

So now was the time to put things right and get down to business.I knew I’d like the outcome because I’d tried it in bars and restaurants before and it was always a hit.

However, when you prepare it yourself, you always have a tinge of skepticism and questions like, “Will it be good?” and “Will the barbecue wings be undone with the Thermomix?”

To answer the first question, it is not good; rather, it is very good, with super tender chicken with a sensational flavor and a spectacular sauce. That reminds me to tell you that having bread nearby to wet will be essential.

I’m not sure if it’ll fall apart in the Thermomix, but I don’t think it will. It’s not the first time we’ve cooked wings and thighs with our machine and without a butterfly, and the results have always been excellent. It was already mentioned in the recipe for chicken with garlic.

Furthermore, we can do it with wings as well as thighs; the times and results will be the same.

Let’s get started with the recipe:

Cook Time 30 minutes
Additional Time 10 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

  • 1000 g of wings or thighs
  • 20 g of oil
  • 150 g of barbecue sauce
  • 200 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Pepper to taste or a teaspoon of hot sauce

    1. Place the wings, oil, salt, pepper, or spicy sauce, barbecue sauce, water, and cornstarch in a glass.
    2. Then add 30 minutes / varoma / left turn / vel. spoon to your schedule.
    3. After the timer goes off, pour it into a high oven source and eat it, but I like to dor it a little in the oven. Brown for about 20 minutes at 200o.

This is the appearance of the meat before baking it; you can eat it like this or lightly brown it in the oven.
