Ingredients
- 1 can (15.5 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 whole Medium Sized Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Diced Into 1/2 Inch Cubes (1 Should Yield About 2 Cups)
- ⅔ cups Diced Red Onion
- ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed And Diced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and fold ingredients together until combined. Check for seasoning (add more if needed) and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. How easy was that?
