Description
Pefect for breakfast on the run. This smoothie is infused with blueberries and bananas. Great for these hot summer mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Lowfat Or Soy Milk
- 1 cup Blueberry Or Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 whole Bananas
Preparation
Add the ice cubes, blueberries and milk to the blender. Blend on ‘ice breaker’ or ‘icy drink’ setting to break up the ice a bit. Add yogurt and bananas and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
