Delicious and great for your digestive system! Lactose-free, and vegan.
Ingredients
- 1 pint Fresh Blueberries, Divided
- 1 cup Kefir (I Used Lactose-Free Blueberry)
- 1 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 5 whole Ice Cubes
- ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut
Preparation
Rinse blueberries and take 3/4 pint and place in blender, reserving the rest for garnish. Add kefir, coconut milk, ice cubes and coconut and blend for 1 minute. Serve in a pretty glass and add blueberries for garnish. Enjoy!
