Ingredients
- ½ cups Berries, Fresh Blueberries If Possible
- ¼ teaspoons Corn Starch (or Substitute Potato Starch Or Tapioca Starch)
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour Or Oat Flour
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk, Or Your Preferred Kind Of Milk
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, Melted
Preparation
Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix berries and corn starch together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in almond milk and coconut oil so it forms a crumbly mixture, then sprinkle over berries.
Bake for about 30–35 minutes or until top is slightly browned and berries are starting to bubble on the sides. Let sit for a few minutes, then serve while still hot. Top with a scoop of Greek yogurt or frozen yogurt for an extra treat!
