Description

A complete breakfast in one dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Hashbrowns
  • 1 pound Sausage, Crumbled, Browned
  • 8 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 8 whole Eggs
  • 4 ounces, fluid Milk
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 package (about 8 Oz. Size) Canned Biscuits

Preparation

Spray or grease 9×13 casserole dish.

Later bottom of dish with hashbrowns. Add sausage and then bacon strips. Cover with cheese (I like to use a mixed blend).

Beat eggs with milk and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour evenly over cheese. Line the top with biscuits.

Bake at 400ºF until eggs are set and biscuits done, about 25–30 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite condiments.
