Instructions
- Begin by making the dough for the butter biscuits with jam: in a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and lightly beaten egg yolks To combine the ingredients, use your fingers to stir them together.
- Add the room temperature butter in chunks and knead until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.Place the dough on a work surface
- and shape it into a loaf about 30 cm long, then wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest. After resting time, take the loaf of dough and cut it into 2 cm thick discs with a knife with a smooth blade8: with these doses, you will get about 15 chunks. Preheat the oven to 180°F in static mode now, and line a dripping pan with parchment paper. Work the discs between your palms to form balls then place them evenly on the dripping pan.
