Corn with butter is a quick and easy recipe for a delectable side dish. It's great with grated cheese, cooked ham, or slices.
Ingredients
- 2 packs of canned corn
- 50 gr of butter
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan
- sale q.b.
- pepper as needed
Instructions
- To begin making the stir-fried corn, drain the yellow kernels from the preservation liquid. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the drained corn.
- Cook for 10 minutes to ensure even browning. After ten minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
- Cook for another 5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and serve the cheese corn in the pan right away. Have a delicious meal!
