  • 2 packs of canned corn
  • 50 gr of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan
  • sale q.b.
  • pepper as needed


    1. To begin making the stir-fried corn, drain the yellow kernels from the preservation liquid. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the drained corn.
    2. Cook for 10 minutes to ensure even browning. After ten minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
    3. Cook for another 5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and serve the cheese corn in the pan right away. Have a delicious meal!
