Just a few ingredients, 10 minutes, and a blender is all you need to make this Cheesy Chili Salsa!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, Any Flavor
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
- ½ Red Onion, Roughly Chopped
- ¼ cups Cilantro
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeds Removed (optional)
- ¼ teaspoons Cumin
- ½ teaspoons White Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Chili With No Beans
- ¼ cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
In a blender, combine diced tomatoes, roma tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno (if using), cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper. Blend until reaches desired consistency. Adjust seasonings, if needed.
Pour salsa into a medium bowl and mix in chili and cheese with a spoon. Top with extra cheese, if desired. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
