  • 1 kilo of chicken in pieces
  • 200 gr thick noodles
  • 125 ml of white wine
  • 100 gr of red pepper
  • 1 green pepper Italian type
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh parsley
  • 750 ml of poultry broth
  • 150 gr of crushed tomato
  • Olive oil


    1. Crush the garlic in a mortar, then season the skinless chicken pieces with salt and pepper and marinate in the crushed garlic. Allow it to rest for about 15-20 minutes before frying it in a saucepan with a little olive oil over medium heat. We take it out and reserve it once it's golden
    2. We make a sauce with the red and green peppers, onion, and crushed tomato. Allow the white wine to reduce slightly so that the alcohol evaporates. We grind it thoroughly in the blender before adding the chicken and broth. Cook for 18-20 minutes, adding salt as needed.
    3. After that, we add the noodles and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked to perfection.
