Description
Yummy egg-free bars with marshmallows and chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Flour
- 1-½ cup Quick Oats
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¾ cups Butter Or Margarine, Softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a medium bowl mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add flour mixture and beat well. Set aside 1 ½ cups of the dough. Press the remaining dough into the prepared pan in an even layer.
Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips over dough in pan. Crumble the reserved dough over the top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned and dough looks set. Remove from oven. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Makes 24 bars.
