  • 300 gr of dry biscuits like Oro Saiwa
  • 150 gr of butter
  • 200 gr of dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • powdered sugar to taste

    1. To begin making the chocolate salami, coarsely crumble the dry cookies. Because the pieces must be felt inside the salami, this procedure should be done with your hands rather than a blender.
    2. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate. Whip the butter to cream while the chocolate melts. To do so, the butter must already be soft enough to work with a silicone spatula.
    3. Then add the sugar and the eggs. Mix until the cream is smooth and homogeneous.
