Ingredients
- 300 gr of dry biscuits like Oro Saiwa
- 150 gr of butter
- 200 gr of dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- powdered sugar to taste
Instructions
- To begin making the chocolate salami, coarsely crumble the dry cookies. Because the pieces must be felt inside the salami, this procedure should be done with your hands rather than a blender.
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate. Whip the butter to cream while the chocolate melts. To do so, the butter must already be soft enough to work with a silicone spatula.
- Then add the sugar and the eggs. Mix until the cream is smooth and homogeneous.
