Coconut Granola

Description

My husband almost always eats the same cereal Monday through Friday. So, I thought I would change up his routine with coconut granola. I have to admit the first thing he did was eat it over ice cream, so maybe he’s planning on having it as dessert. Either way, it’s yummy and satisfying for breakfast or a snack, whatever you want!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • ½ cups Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Coconut Oil, Melted
  • ½ cups Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix well and pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer. Once in the oven, mix every 10 minutes until done. It should take about 30 minutes of bake time.
