Description
Super easy to make coconut pecan maple granola. It’s delicious and easy to customize to your liking. Say goodbye to bland storebought granola!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- ⅓ cups Sliced Almonds
- ½ cups Pecans
- ½ cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
- ⅓ cups Olive Oil
- ⅓ cups Maple Syrup
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Mix in oil and syrup.
4. Pour on parchment-paper-lined baking tray. Pack flat for crispy granola!
5. Bake for 10 minutes then rotate tray 180 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Pull out. Let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!
