A light and healthy dip that tastes like heaven, and is heavenly on your waistline.
Makes about 2 cups.

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- ½ cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
- ½ cups Chopped Scallions, Green And White Parts
- ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Dill
- ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt (or More To Taste)
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper, Or More To Taste
Preparation
Scoop the avocado flesh out of the peel and place it in the bowl of a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients.
Puree until very smooth. Taste, then season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with cut veggies, or baked vegetable chips.
