Description
Delicious, flavorful and creamy hummus that’s great to serve any time!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans (drain Them But Reserve Juices)
- 1 cup Unsalted Cashews
- ¼ cups Tahini
- 1 whole Lemon, Juice And Zest
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Preparation
In a blender or food processor add beans and pulse several times. Add cashews and pulse several more times. Add tahini, lemon juice and zest, cumin and paprika and pulse to combine. Using the top feeder chute of the food processor, drizzle in olive oil and/or add oil to blender ingredients. Run the food processor on high several minutes to well incorporate. If the consistency is too thick add a tablespoon or two of reserved garbanzo bean juice until desired consistency is reached.
Remove from blender or processor into an airtight container. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Great serve with warm tortilla chips. Enjoy!
