Description

Creamy Rotel Corn Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 15 Oz. Size) Sweet Yellow Corn
  • ½ cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel, Any Flavor, Drained
  • ½ cups Light Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 dash Garlic Salt
  • Chips, To Serve

Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except chips) in large bowl. Sprinkle a couple dashes of garlic salt on to taste. Stir together well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve with chips or Frito’s.

Note: I’ve also seen it done where you mix in a half a bag of Frito’s right before serving and serve with a fork.
