Description
Creamy Rotel Corn Dip.
Ingredients
- 1 can (about 15 Oz. Size) Sweet Yellow Corn
- ½ cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel, Any Flavor, Drained
- ½ cups Light Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 dash Garlic Salt
- Chips, To Serve
Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except chips) in large bowl. Sprinkle a couple dashes of garlic salt on to taste. Stir together well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with chips or Frito’s.
Note: I’ve also seen it done where you mix in a half a bag of Frito’s right before serving and serve with a fork.
