Description

This Crunchy Blueberry Almond Granola is easy to make, super yummy, and definitely healthier than store-bought. And I’m sharing the secret to all those chunky clusters!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Oats
  • ⅓ cups Almonds, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cups Dried Blueberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300ºF.

Toss oats and almonds together in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over dry ingredients. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, stir everything and pop back in oven for 3-4 minutes, watching carefully to avoid browning. Remove from oven and let cool. Break into chunks and enjoy!
