Ingredients

  • 250 grams Pitted Dates
  • 30 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 30 grams Ground Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • Cacao Powder Or Matcha Powder, For Dusting

Preparation

Place dates in a blender and blitz for a couple of minutes. Place dates into a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix together well. The stickiness from the blitzed dates and syrup will help the mixture to combine. Ensure all the ingredients are spread evenly throughout the mixture.

Begin to create balls from the mixture. Take a small amount and shape using your palms.

Place each ball on a tray to firm up. Finish each ball with a dusting of cacao powder or matcha powder. Chill if desired and eat as you please.
