Ingredients
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Unsalted Diced Tomatoes, Discard Juice (or Fresh Tomatoes)
- ½ cups Packed Fresh Basil, Stems Removed
- ¼ cups Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, Stems Removed
- 1 whole Roasted Red Pepper, Drain Well If Jarred
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Capers
- ½ teaspoons Ground Sea Salt
- French Bread, To Serve
Preparation
Add all ingredients (except bread) to food processor. Blend until chopped and combined.
Serve bruschetta sauce in a bowl along with french bread slices. Makes about 1 cup bruschetta sauce.
