Easy Caper Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Unsalted Diced Tomatoes, Discard Juice (or Fresh Tomatoes)
  • ½ cups Packed Fresh Basil, Stems Removed
  • ¼ cups Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, Stems Removed
  • 1 whole Roasted Red Pepper, Drain Well If Jarred
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Capers
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Sea Salt
  • French Bread, To Serve

Preparation

Add all ingredients (except bread) to food processor. Blend until chopped and combined.

Serve bruschetta sauce in a bowl along with french bread slices. Makes about 1 cup bruschetta sauce.
