    Description

    Get into the habit of making your own fruit oatmeal for breakfast. It’s quick and customizable with your favorite healthy fruits, nuts, and power foods.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    • 1 pinch Sea Salt
    • ½ cups Water
    • ½ cups Almond Or Other Plant Milk
    • Your Favorite Oatmeal Toppings, To Serve

    Preparation

    In a small saucepan, combine oatmeal, salt, water and milk and stir. Bring to a gentle boil over medium high, then reduce heat to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until oatmeal is thickened to desired consistency.

    Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings.
