Description
This deviled egg recipe is one I’ve been tweaking since last football season, and I think I’m finally happy with it. Give it a try and tell me how you like it. We’re all friends here, no matter your football team of choice.
Ingredients
- 12 whole Eggs
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
Preparation
Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool, then peel and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Combine the mixture until it forms a smooth paste, then spoon back into the hulled-out egg whites.
Top each egg with a dusting of additional Cajun seasoning, and root on your favorite football team!
