Description

Are you sick? Need a pick-me-up? Want a little detox before the Christmas holiday? Green Drink is your answer! Filled with lots of healthy fruits and veggies and an ingredient you won’t believe.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Frozen Or Overripe Banana
  • ¼ cups Mango Peach Juice
  • ¼ cups Low Fat Milk
  • 1 bunch Kale, Steam Removed
  • ½ packages (12.4 Oz. Size) Baby Food (Pears, Spinach, Peas)
  • 2 whole Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3 whole Raspberries, For Garnish

Preparation

For the smoothie:
Peel the banana and place in a blender. Add the juice, milk, kale, baby food, ice cubes, and honey. Blend for 2 minutes to make sure that the kale and banana are well distributed and fully incorporated.

Note: any of the above ingredients may be substituted for your choice. For example, almond or soymilk in place of cow milk or orange juice instead of mango peach.

Garnish with fresh raspberries. A straw makes everything better when you’re hurtin’ so feel free to stick one in and slurp up!
