Description

Creamy guacamole with a kick of Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Hass Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • Sriracha, To Taste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (i Just Use A Squirt)

Preparation

1. Slice avocado in half and remove the pit.
2. Use a fork to remove the “meat” of the avocado from the skin and place in a bowl.
3. Add the red onion, salt, and Sriracha (if using) to the bowl containing the avocado.
4. Squirt a little bit of lemon juice over all of the ingredients.
5. Mash everything with a fork until combined, yet slightly chunky.
6. Serve alongside tortilla chips, pita chips, or chips of your choice.
