Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Mashed
- ½ cups Pumpkin Puree
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
- ⅓ cups Honey
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- ¼ cups Ground Flax Seed
- ¼ cups Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut, Shredded
- ½ cups Dried Cranberries
- ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- Pinch Of Salt
Preparation
Combine mashed banana, pumpkin, vanilla, coconut oil, and honey in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
Spoon dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350ºF for 12–15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned. Allow to cool before serving.
