Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
- 4 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
- ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
in a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix well.
Stir in peanut butter and applesauce until combined well, then fold in chocolate chips. If mixture is a little too sticky to handle, try refrigerating it for 15 minutes.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 8–10 minutes. They will look not fully cooked. Let them cool completely on baking sheet.
Store in a airtight container, or just eat them all in one day, your choice.
