Description
A healthy shake that is creamy, minty with a slight banana taste. This is a perfect post workout or afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Banana, Frozen
- ½ cups Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 whole Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie, Plus 1 Extra For Garnish If Desired
- 2 drops Mint Extract
- 3 drops Green Food Coloring
- Fat-free Whipped Cream, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If desired, top with fat-free whipped cream and a Thin Mint cookie.
Note: if you don’t have a frozen banana, add ice with a fresh banana.
