Description
On a cold night, there’s nothing quite like a hot Irish coffee to warm you up – in more ways than one!
Ingredients
- 2 cubes Sugar
- 4 ounces, fluid Freshly Brewed Coffee (or Enough To Fill Glass ⅔ Full)
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Irish Whiskey
- 3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream
Preparation
If you’re not using a glass mug, pour some hot water into the glass for about 10-15 seconds and let it acclimate to the temperature. Pour out the water.
Add the sugar into the glass (see note). Add coffee until the glass is about 2/3 full. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add Irish whiskey. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
Note: A cube of sugar is roughly equivalent to a teaspoon.
