Description
Add a little Christmas “spirit” to your dark hot chocolate with a splash of Bailey’s Irish Cream.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 2 cups Milk
- 6 Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses
- 4 Tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream, Divided
Preparation
1. Mix the sugar, cocoa and salt in a small saucepan; stir in water.
2. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil. Continue stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Whisk in the milk, taking care not to let it come to a boil. Add Hershey’s Kisses and stir until melted.
4. Remove from heat and pour into two cups. Add two tablespoons of Bailey’s to each cup.
