Keto Tzatziki Sauce

This Keto Tzatziki (cucumber sauce) is super easy to make and uses basic ingredients that you most likely already have in your fridge. It goes well with Mediterranean flavors as well as just about anything else—chicken, fish, beef, you name it!

  • 1 mini seedless cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


    1. In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy.
    2. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.


  • If you don't have a food processor, finely chop all of the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
