Lamb tajine with plums

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of lamb
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  • saffron

  • pepper as needed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • coriander
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • The plums:
  • 500 gr of pitted plums
  • 10 gr of butter
  • 120 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 100 gr peeled almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions

    1. In a pan, brown the onion, then add the chopped lamb and sear it.
