Description

This bright-tasting seafood salsa can use langostino or shrimp for a nice change to vegetable or fruit salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cooked Langostino, Rough Chopped (fresh, Peeled Shrimp May Be Substituted)
  • 4 whole Roma-style Tomatoes, Seeded And Small Diced
  • ¾ cups Small Diced Purple Onion (about 1/2 Small Onion)
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, Chopped Fine (for Less Heat, Remove Seeds And Membranes Before Chopping)
  • ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons To 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice (juice From 2 Limes)
  • 1-¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.

Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with tortilla chips or other chips of choice.
