Lasagna soup recipe

This soup tastes exactly like a lasagna! On particularly cold days, it is a complete, nutritious, satisfying, and very comforting dish. As if that weren't enough, it's a relatively quick preparation compared to all the work that this Italian gastronomic delicacy necessitates. Of course, this does not imply that because it is simple and practical, it lacks flavor.

  • 1/2 kilo of ground meat or sausages
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 can of marinara sauce
  • 8-10 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley, dried oregano, and salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 lasagna doughs, chopped and uncooked
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Grated parmesan
  • Ricotta cheese

    1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook until the meat is golden brown, along with the onion. Then, for 30 seconds, add the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute.
    2. Combine the marinara sauce, six cups of the chicken broth, the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spices, and lasagna batter in a mixing bowl. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes (stir occasionally).
    3. Remove the bay leaf and add the cream milk (optional) and 2-4 cups of chicken stock to achieve the desired consistency. Finally, top with the desired number of cheeses.
