Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries, Frozen
- 1 whole Lemon Juice Of
- 1 whole Banana
- ½ cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ¼ cups Milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into one 16 oz. glass for a single serving or two 8 oz. glasses for two servings.
