Description
Loaded Mexican Fries with homemade queso blanco.
Ingredients
- FOR THE QUESO BLANCO:
- ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Canned Green Chilies
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 pinch Cumin
- FOR THE FRIES:
- 6 cups Baked French Fries (or Amount As Desired)
- Guacamole
- Jalapeño Slices
- Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- Queso Fresco, Crumbled
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
Preparation
For the queso blanco:
Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan. Cook on low heat whisking constantly until creamy and smooth.
For the fries:
Layer baked french fries on a large plate. Top with queso first and then add additional toppings as desired. Serve immediately while the fries and queso are still hot.
