Description
This dip is full of flavor, but with little guilt!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese- Softenend
- 6 ounces, weight Greek-style Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning
- 10 ounces, weight Hummus
- 1 Half Cucumber, Diced
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and yogurt until well combined and smooth. Add in garlic and seasoning. Spread onto serving plate. Top with hummus, spreading evenly over yogurt layer. Top hummus with cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Crumble feta over olives and garnish with parsley.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
