Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Oat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Smooth Peanut Butter
- ½ Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ cups Water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and process until completely mixed together. Slowly drizzle water in while food processor is on until a ball just starts to form. You may not need all the water.
Transfer dough to a small bowl and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and roll into balls.
Keep refrigerated.
